1. Introduction

These terms apply when you browse or buy from Mr.Carve. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below and to our Refund and Returns Policy.

2. Products, prices and payment

Prices are displayed in your local currency where available. Checkout shows the currency and total that apply to your order. Your card issuer or payment provider may charge its own currency-conversion fee.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated for your delivery destination and shown at checkout before you place your order. Any import duties, taxes or other charges not collected at checkout may be payable separately under the destination country’s rules.
Some laser engraver configurations are available to order. Product availability and delivery estimates can vary by model; please check the product page or contact us if you need confirmation before purchase.
Your order is accepted after payment is confirmed. We will email an order confirmation with the details submitted at checkout.

3. Shipping and delivery

Available destinations, shipping methods and charges are shown for the delivery address entered. For New Zealand, the United States and Canada, shipping is based on an A$90 rate where available; qualifying orders over A$1,500 may receive free shipping as shown at checkout. The converted shipping amount and order total are shown in the cart or checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination, shipping method and product, and any delivery timeframe is an estimate. Carrier delays, customs processing or other events outside our control may affect delivery.
Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Contact us promptly if you notice an error in your order confirmation.

4. Returns and consumer rights

Customers in all destinations may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order, subject to the eligibility requirements in our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms or that policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer law.

5. Personalised products

Please check spelling, artwork, configuration and other details before submitting a personalised or engraving request. We may be unable to accept a change-of-mind return for a product made or personalised to your specifications. This does not affect any rights you may have if a product does not meet applicable consumer guarantees.

6. Intellectual property

Website text, images and designs belong to Mr.Carve or are used with permission. Please contact us before reproducing them.

7. Website and product information

Product specifications and compatibility can vary by model and configuration, so review the selected options and product details before ordering. This section does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded by law.
